This massage oil completes the minimalist Alaena ritual to provide an action on muscle recovery as well as draining to reactivate circulation. Thanks to its fluid texture, it spreads easily and fits into the body care rituals of Alaena Spas.

In addition to offering anti-inflammatory properties, our massage oil nourishes and soothes the skin. Thanks in particular to hemp oil, a local vegetable oil from the Southwest known for its nutritional benefits. It is rich in nutrients, unsaturated fatty acids (omega-3 and 6) and vitamin E, which make it an ally for our skin.⁠

Utilisation

Apply the oil upwards from the ankle to the top of the thigh, with both hands, pressing vigorously with the fingertips for 5 minutes.
Frequency of use: repeat every evening to reactivate lymphatic circulation and avoid the accumulation of fluid in the interstitial tissues.

Peut-on l'appliquer sur le corps ou uniquement sur les jambes ?

L'Huile de massage tonifiante s'applique sur l'ensemble du corps. Nous la déconseillons pour le visage car ses actifs et sa texture ne s'adaptent pas à la peau fine du visage.

L'huile est-elle dédiée aux massages ou peut-on l'utiliser pour hydrater la peau ?

En plus d'offrir des propriétés anti-inflammatoires, notre huile de massage nourrit et apaise la peau. Grâce notamment à l'huile de chanvre, huile végétale locale du Sud-ouest connue pour ses bienfaits nutritionnels. Elle est riche en nutriments, acides gras insaturés (oméga-3 et 6) et vitamine E, qui font d'elle une alliée pour notre peau.

A quelle fréquence utiliser l'huile de massage tonifiante ?

Le Dr Peres recommande de l'utiliser chaque soir pour permettre de réactiver la circulation lymphatique, et d'éviter l’accumulation de liquide dans les tissus interstitiels.

Peut-on l'appliquer quand on est enceinte ?

Oui bien sûr, elle est formulée comme le reste de la gamme Alaena - sans substances nocives, ni huiles essentielles. Durant la grossesse, elle pourra soulager les jambes lourdes et/ou les douleurs articulaires et musculaires.

Spa time after the shower!

Light oil that I have been using for several weeks. I massage it into damp skin after showering, it leaves a subtle scent on the skin and visibly improves skin hydration. It has reconciled me with the oil format!

Superb massage oil. I have been using it since I was pregnant against heavy legs, very effective. In addition, it leaves the skin well hydrated. And I love the smell. The application is a real moment of pleasure.
