Use

Apply the oil upwards from the ankle to the top of the thigh, with both hands, pressing vigorously with the fingertips for 5 minutes.
Frequency of use: repeat every evening to reactivate lymphatic circulation and avoid the accumulation of fluid in the interstitial tissues.

Can it be applied to the body or only to the legs ?

The Toning Massage Oil is applied to the entire body. We do not recommend it for the face because its active ingredients and texture do not adapt to the thin skin of the face.
