By staying as close as possible to the living, Alaena works on the extraction of biomolecules. These molecules (amino acids, peptides, phospholipids, enzymatic cofactors) maintain the functioning of epidermal cells. They also restore the dermo-epidermal barrier, hydrate, replenish lipids, and restore radiance to the skin. The latter needs its daily ration of nutrients to ensure the proper functioning of skin cells.
The patented COMPLEX G5® active ingredient is derived from sprouted seed extraction. We've created complementary combinations of five seeds: chia, flax, wheat, oat, green soybean, amaranth, and buckwheat. Each seed provides a variety of essential amino acids, vitamins, and antioxidants.

We have patented this active ingredient as well as its extraction process based on green chemistry, without chemical solvents, which meets the specifications of the Ecocert Cosmos Organic organic label. In vitro tests have proven an anti-aging effect on the skin, with an acceleration of cell renewal and an increase in collagen production.
The germination process
The seed contains all the factors necessary for growth. Germination releases these micronutrients, it is a concentrate of life with precious regenerative properties. With age, the body absorbs less vital nutrients (vitamins and cofactors, antioxidants). Food provides nutrients through the blood vessels at the level of the dermis. Since the epidermis is not vascularized, we bring them directly to the surface of the epidermis in the form of biomolecules thanks to the extract of sprouted seeds.

Two years of research and development
Dr. Sylvie Peres, the dermatologist behind the Alaena line, noted that, just like the body, to be healthy, the skin needs nutrients and a wide variety of essential amino acids and antioxidants, which each grain provides in abundance. Moreover, sprouting not only increases vitamin levels but also the concentration of amino acids, which stimulate collagen production.

• 24H : from the first day we note the very good penetration of our ingredient which results in activity at the level of the dermis, with vasodilation, angiogenesis and stimulation of fibroblasts producing elastic fibers (collagens and elastins): this is the launch of skin regeneration.
• 48H : continuation of cellular regeneration; this is ascending, following the cycle of formation of new keratinocytes (epidermal cells).
