Frequently Asked Questions about the Loyalty Program
How does the Alaena Privilege Club work?
The Alaena Privilege Club is a loyalty program that allows you to accumulate points with each purchase in store and on our Eshop:
1€ spent = 1 point
You can then exchange them for discounts:
- 250 points = €10
- 500 points = €20
- 1000 points = €40
Your second purchase earns you 50 points.
You can also refer a friend and receive a €20 discount.
Your points are valid for 12 months.
How do I use my loyalty points?
Once you have accumulated 250 points, you can benefit from a discount. To redeem it, go to the "My Loyalty Points" tab in your customer account and click on "Redeem My Points." A discount code will then be sent to you by email, which you must enter in your shopping cart during checkout.
You can find your codes in your Alaena Privilege Club history and under the "My Loyalty Points" tab. You will receive an email reminder if you don't use them promptly. Please note that points expire after 12 months of inactivity.
Do all my purchases earn me points?
Yes, all your purchases in-store, on our website, and through your subscriptions allow you to earn points, at a rate of 1 point per euro spent. However, purchases paid for with a gift card do not generate points.
What products can I use my discount codes on?
Your discount codes are valid on our entire product range, except for gift cards and subscriptions. They cannot be combined with other discount codes.
You can find all of your codes in your customer account, under the “My loyalty points” tab.
