Honey known to all

Rich in antioxidants, honey contains vitamins E and C. Honey is known for its natural properties . It helps soothe sore throats, fight insomnia and also fight illnesses like the flu and gastroenteritis. Honey has long been used in beauty rituals. Honey has the advantage of adapting to all skin types. Nourishing, softening, restorative and healing, it proves to be very practical. It is also applied to hair to make it shine.

Tip: when choosing your honey, know that the darker the honey, the richer it will be in antioxidants.

The different types of honey:

There are 3 main types of honey: tree honeys such as chestnut, acacia, or orange, specific honeys depending on the season and region, and honeys from flowering plants. The appearance and taste of honey vary depending on the plants the bees forage on. Rosemary honey is very clear, almost white and milky. Sunflower honey is bright and not very aromatic. Thyme honey is dark yellow in color and quite pronounced in taste.
